Traveling Notary for the State of Hawaii

Mobile notary service allows you to meet when and where it is convenient for you to have your important documents notarized like at home, work, hotel, hospital, court, or nursing home. I am located on the island of Oahu and am licensed, bonded and insured to notarize anywhere in the State of Hawaii. My commission expires November 20, 2020.

 

I am bound by the laws of the State of Hawaii as a Notary Public. Proper identification is required for all notary services. I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Hawaii and I will not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Please consult an attorney if you have any questions about the document(s) you are seeking to have notarized prior to setting an appointment.

NOTARY FEES

If you bring the document needing to be notarized to my office located behind Ala Moana Shopping center there is no charge for the notary services. The notary services is available at my office most weekdays 7am-1pm by appointment only.

 

If you are unable to make it to my office or if you would like to have me meet you somewhere more convenient for you I offer Mobile Notary services. The notary service is still free but a travel fee will apply depending on the location of the signing.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel fees are for my traveling to/from the agreed upon signing location. A $50 per hour wait fee will be added if the signing does not take place within 15 minutes from the agreed upon meeting time. Travel fee is due whether the signing takes place or not.

$100: Waimea, Pupukea, Sunset Beach, Kawela, Waiahole, Kahaluu, Waimanalo, Diamond Head, Waikiki, Manoa, Makiki

$125: Turtle Bay, Kahuku, Laie, Hauula, Punaluu, Kaaawa, Makapuu, Hawaii Kai, Kahala, Honolulu International Airport

Travel to other Hawaiian Islands outside of Oahu is available but subject to other fees like airfare, rental car, and other travel expenses. Contact for a quote.

SIGNED DOCUMENT SHIPPING FEES

 

Drop off with Fedex or UPS of notarized signed documents is included if provided a shipping label.

PRINTING FEES

 

There is an additional 25 cents per page printing fee if I am emailed the documents at least 24hrs in advance and requested to print them out to bring to the signing.
