PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Orders paid by credit card are typically mailed within 48 hours as long as items are in stock, unless a future delivery date is requested.
PAYMENT BY CHECK
We do not accept payment by check. Payment is only accepted using a Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
We only ship within the USA. Prices posted our Island Gift Shop, Vintage Hawaiiana Gift Shop, and Art Gift Shop include shipping within the USA by US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless other wise noted. Orders are typically received within 7-10 days for delivery from the time of ordering. Please note USPS Priority Mail is not a service that the US Postal Service guarantees a specific delivery time on.
ORDERS FOR HEAT SENSITIVE ITEMS LIKE CHOCOLATES AND CANDIES
Please note heat sensitive items like, those coated in chocolate, may arrive slightly melted. This DOES NOT effect the taste of the product. To reharden melted chocolates we recommend refrigerating for an hour. PURCHASING ITEMS WITH CHOCOLATES IS A FINAL SALE. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES will be given for heat sensitive items which arrive melted since this is beyond our control. We will only ship them at your own risk.
ORDERS FOR FOREVER LEIS AND ACCESSORIES
Silk leis and silk accessories are sprayed with a fire retardant which also helps to keep the flower edges from fraying. It is not recommended that silk flower leis and accessories be washed. Forever leis and accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt at your own expense as long as they are returned in UNWORN resellable condition. The refund would be the cost of the unworn leis returned minus the cost of the shipping to send the order. Forever leis and accessories which have been worn and/or washed will not be accepted as returns. Any forever leis or accessories that are attempted to be returned in a worn or washed condition will be returned back to you at your own expense.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 10 DAYS OF ORDERING
Orders from the Island Gift Shop, Vintage Hawaiiana Gift Shop and the Art Gift Shop ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail which should arrive within 7-10 days anywhere in the USA once shipped. If you do not receive your order within 10 days from the date you submitted your order then we request you notify us by email at email@example.com
We ship with delivery confirmation and are able to verify if it is still in transit or if we need to file a missing package claim. We have been advised by the US Postal Service that if a package shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail still shows in transit after 10 days we must wait 30 days before filing a missing package claim just in case they miss-sorted the package. You will not be responsible for any costs if the Post Office does not have confirmation of delivery of the package. If the delivery confirmation shows your package was delivered you will need to file a missing package claim with your local post office since they show it was delivered. Stealing US Mail is a Federal crime and if a package is stolen a US Postal Inspector will be assigned to investigate the theft. A refund would only be provided upon the completion of the investigation done by the Postal Inspector and if they determine the package was stolen.
Although we can't imagine anyone wanting to return treasures from Hawaii but if your item from our Island Gift Shop, Vintage Island Gift Shop, or our Art Gift Shop is not as you expected it may be returned at your expense within 30 days of receipt. The item(s) being returned must be unused, unopened, re-sellable condition. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the actual cost of shipping to originally send it. Notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return shipping address.
